Type of a trip Guided tour trough Lower Silesia

The Klodzko Land is considered to be the most extraordinary and fascinating region in Lower Silesia. With many famous spas, beautiful castles and picturesque landscape that all contribute to this valley's special atmosphere . The trip begins in Duszniki Zdrój where we will visit a XVII–Century paper mill. Here we discover the secrets of paper production. Then, we will see the regional capital of the valley – Klodzko. The town lives in the shadows of a huge stronghold situated on the top of the rock. The biggest tourist attraction here is an underground tunnel system, where we will learn how hard and difficult the military duty was in Prussian times. Klodzko is also famous for its charming Gothic bridge, very similar to the Prague one called "Little Charles Bridge".

On the way back we will admire marvelous former Cistercian Abbey in Henryków. This is one of the most precious cloister complexes in Europe. For Polish people it has a special meaning because this is the place where the first words in polish language were written in 1270.
